Cabinet wants to quickly reduce asylum influx, repeals part of asylum law
Cabinet looks at possibilities to directly limit the influx of asylum seekers through the Aliens Act, without parliamentary approval. This is in the coalition program to be presented tomorrow, and could possibly lead to an exceptional position for the Netherlands within the European asylum policy.
