Due to 'transfer error' EBI 20 seconds of unwanted contact between inmates
Detainees at the Extra Beveiligde Inrichting in Vught had unauthorized contact for 20 seconds due to a transfer mistake, according to Dutch State Secretary Coenradie in a letter to parliament. The incident is being thoroughly evaluated and additional security measures will be taken.
