Cabinet goes ahead with law against false self-employment, despite unrest among self-employed workers
The law against false self-employment, which has existed for eight years but has so far not been enforced by the Tax Administration, will actually come into effect on January 1, 2025. Concerned parties fear chaos and lack of clarity, but the Tax Administration claims it is possible to enforce the law without causing chaos.
