From swim meet to hot air balloon festival: events canceled by severe weather
Several events, including a popular parade in Ede and a balloon festival in Barneveld, have been cancelled due to severe weather conditions, with storms expected to continue into the evening. A charity swim across the IJsselmeer was also halted mid-way due to strong winds and safety issues.
