Land Registry: private landlords sell homes after new rules
Commercial landlords in the Netherlands sold more homes last quarter to buyers who moved in themselves, while also continuing to buy homes from owner-occupiers. This is a result of new laws and measures introduced by the government to make buying up and renting homes less attractive.
