At least 18 Russian dead in Belgorod, Russia strikes back in Kharkiv
A retaliatory attack by Ukraine on the Russian city of Belgorod has left 18 dead and 111 wounded. The situation escalated further when Russia responded by shelling the center of the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv.
