Mouthpiece parties cross swords in courtroom
The civil case against Sywert van Lienden, Bernd Damme and Camille van Gestel over their earnings from the mouthpiece deal revolves around who is entitled to the millions in profits: the State or the non-profit foundation SHA. The three entrepreneurs and the current board of the SHA want a settlement, while SHA employees prefer a court ruling. The case continues in May and the verdict is expected in November.
