Naval vessel Karel Doorman departed for Red Sea
Marineship Zr. Ms. Karel Doorman is deployed to the Rode Zee as part of the EU-mission to protect international shipping from attacks by Jemen's Houthi rebels. The ship will serve as a logistics support vessel and tactical headquarters, equipped with medical facilities and a Swedish military trauma team.
