Charkiv mayor: 'Without money from US, we will become second Aleppo'
As the conflict with Russia rages on, the city of Kharkiv near the border is being decimated and its population decimated. Life has become almost unbearable, with constant bombings destroying residential areas and leaving millions without electricity and schools having to operate in the underground. The future of the city depends on the decision of the US Congress to provide much-needed support.
