First tasting of cultured meat in the Netherlands: 'It's an ordinary sausage'
Start-up Meatable is organizing a limited-edition tasting of their cultured pork sausage, the first cultured meat to be tasted within the European Union. With the goal of saving millions of tons of greenhouse gas, water and animal life by 2040, commercial sales and European approval are still pending.
