Number of 'living wills' growing rapidly, but they are not uncontroversial
More people are already taking matters into their own hands and recording in a "living will" who may make future decisions about their finances and medical care if they are no longer able to do so themselves. This not only provides peace and security for the individual, but also prevents family strife and problems with guardianship.
