Russia mourns the 144 dead and more than 500 injured after a bloody terror attack at Crocus City Hall concert hall. There are indications that ISIS-K, a branch of IS, is behind the attack, but Russia continues to blame Ukraine. In the aftermath, several suspects have been arrested and a manhunt for migrant workers from Central Asia is taking place in Russia.
