Italian university turns out to be fake: medicine degrees are worth nothing
Italian students paid enrollment fees, took online courses from esteemed doctors and completed internships in real hospitals - only to find out their diplomas in medicine and nursing are worthless. An investigation revealed that the university where they were enrolled was not registered in Italy and was based in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Several people, including the rector of the institution, have been arrested for fraud.
