Putters advises 'program cabinet,' with concise outline agreement
PVV, VVD, NSC and BBB are to negotiate a "program cabinet" in which the parties are to first reach a concise outline agreement and later develop a government program. This new form of a cabinet, advised by Kim Putters, will create more trust and cooperation in society.
