Driver who fled after accident on A4 arrested in Rotterdam
Police arrest a 36-year-old Spanish man who fled the scene of a car accident on the A4 highway, where a 24-year-old driver from The Hague was injured. The man was found after a search with police dogs and a helicopter, causing the highway to be closed for investigation.
