End of special schools and classes for Ukrainians in sight

The special schools and classes set up to provide education for Ukrainian children who fled to the Netherlands due to the war will be ending after this school year, with the aim of promoting integration into regular schools. The temporary education facilities were initially set up to allow for quick education for the children, who were expected to return to Ukraine. However, due to ongoing conflict and destruction of schools, many children and their families have decided to stay, and efforts are being made to ensure a smooth transition to mainstream schools for the children.
