Ship sails against high-voltage cables, 20,000 Frisian households without power
Leeuwarden and its surroundings are hit by a power outage caused by a ship crashing into high voltage cables. Efforts are underway to fix the issue, but many shops are closed and bridges cannot be operated as a result.
