Government pays penalty for too many asylum seekers in Ter Apel
Municipality of Westerwolde receives money from outgoing Asylum State Secretary Van der Burg due to overcrowded application center in Ter Apel, despite failed attempts by COA to reduce number of asylum seekers to maximum of 2,000.
