Dismissal for transgender military personnel US: 'It's heartbreaking'
Military colonel, Alva Fram, is facing forced discharge along with an estimated 15,000 other transgender individuals serving in the US military, as the White House has ordered a complete ban on their service. Fram, who came out as transgender in 2016, is fighting the ban and believes it not only harms the lives of transgender service members but also damages the country's national security.
