Warmest Feb. 15 on record: 'Feels spring-like'
Record-breaking warm weather in De Bilt today, with temperatures reaching 15.5 degrees Celsius and some meteorologists declaring it the first spring day of the year. However, NOS weatherman Marco Verhoef prefers to view it as just a spring-like day and points out that there is no official term for temperatures above 15 degrees.
