Part of genocide case between Russia and Ukraine is handled
International Court of Justice has ruled that it has jurisdiction to determine if Ukraine committed genocide and if Russia misused the Genocide Convention in the case brought by Ukraine against Russia. The court cannot determine if Russia itself violated the convention in its justification for the invasion.
