Cabinet: prisons full, inmates released three days early
Struggling with overcrowded prisons, Dutch state secretary Coenradie of Justice (PVV) will now release detainees 3 days earlier to create space. This extreme measure may include pardoning sentences and affects all but the most serious offenders.
