AD and Telegraaf: 'Foster parents from Vlaardingen abused children before'
Three Syrian brothers may have been psychologically and physically abused by their foster parents in Vlaardingen, after one of them was placed out of home after only a week. The Public Prosecutor's Office is investigating the case, with the police and Safe Home also involved.
