Thousands of visitors take a look at the new Blankenburg connection
The new A24 highway near Rotterdam is about to open and will be celebrated with a festival this weekend and a tunnel run tomorrow. This six-year construction should reduce congestion in the region, but drivers will have to pay electronic tolls.
