Lawyer: prisoners EBI had secret contact via toilets for a year and a half
EBI inmates in Vught were secretly able to communicate for 1.5 years through their toilets, according to lawyer Hakan Külcü. The Justice Department has launched an investigation, with members of parliament expressing concern over the security risk.
